As a sustainable conscious fashion brand, they are some complexities to running our business especially dealing with seamstresses. We do not make refunds but accept exchanges. REKANA reserves the right to reject returns sent in bad condition or beyond the return period limit. Underwear items may not be exchanged or returned, and all accessories must be in their original packaging.
